BookLaunchWizard is part of Office 144 and is operated by Pamsam Enterprises LLC, based in Dallas, Texas, USA. By using BookLaunchWizard, you agree to these terms. We've kept them in plain language.
1. Using BookLaunchWizard
BookLaunchWizard is a book publishing workspace. It provides tools for creating, editing, formatting, previewing and exporting books: paperback interiors, reflowable eBooks, covers, children's books, and narrated audiobooks. Some tools are fully available, some are still being developed, and some may be temporarily unavailable; where that is the case, it is shown in the app.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the original content you upload or create, subject to any rights held by others. That includes manuscripts, images, artwork, text, logos, uploaded documents, and product information. You grant BookLaunchWizard the permissions we need to store, process, convert, and display your content, and to send it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell your content.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that you have the legal right to upload and use the content you bring to BookLaunchWizard, including images, fonts, voice recordings, and third-party material. You are also responsible for reviewing your work before you print, publish, sell, or distribute it: spelling and wording, layout, dimensions, bleed and safe zones, print and export settings, and any publishing or marketplace information.
4. AI and automated assistance
Some features offer generated or automated assistance, such as draft text, cover concepts, narration, formatting suggestions, or other creative recommendations. These are suggestions, not finished work, and they can be inaccurate. Please review anything generated before you rely on it, publish it, or sell it. BookLaunchWizard does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated output, and generated output may also be subject to the terms of the AI provider that produced it.
5. Printing and physical output
BookLaunchWizard prepares files for printing; it does not print them. Colours on a screen can differ from printed output, and papers, canvases, inks, and printers all affect the final result. Please review dimensions, bleed, canvas wrap, safe zones, and resolution before printing, and print at actual size rather than scaling to fit. Unless we say otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee the performance or results of third-party printers or production services.
6. Third-party services
BookLaunchWizard works alongside third-party services, for example payment processing, authentication, AI providers, image sources, printing services, publishing platforms, and marketplaces. When you use those services, their own terms and policies apply to you as well as ours.
7. Plans, credits, and paid features
BookLaunchWizard offers recurring monthly subscription plans. Annual plans are no longer offered for new purchases; any annual plan purchased earlier continues on its original terms until it renews or is canceled. Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel, and include the capabilities and monthly AI-credit allowance shown at purchase. Included credits reset each monthly allowance period and do not roll over; separately purchased credit refills remain distinct. You can upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and manage payment methods and invoices from your BookLaunchWizard Billing page; cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. Certain digital outputs may also be available as one-time purchases.
8. Changes to the service
BookLaunchWizard is actively developed. We may add, improve, modify, temporarily disable, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Where a feature is paused, we aim to preserve your existing projects.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. The current version is always posted here, with the date it was last updated shown at the top of this page.
